Reception

DEPARTURE, LUGGAGE ROOM, PORTERAGE
Individual guests may keep their rooms until noon on the day of departure; groups may only have access to their rooms until 10 am on the day of departure. We offer luggage room service all day upon request. The hotel does not take responsibility for loss or damaged properties in the luggage.

Please call reception in any of the following cases, we are more than happy to help: messages, sightseeing, ticket booking, programs, rent a car, rent a bike or roller, transfer service, taxi booking, medical services.

Smoking area
A designated smoking area is 5 metres from the main entrance of the hotel.

EXPRESS CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
Check-in online 48h before you arrival. Our team will have carefully prepared for your arrival and your room key will be ready! Fast check-out; return your key without having to wait: Your check-out is complete. Your invoice will be sent by e-mail after departure. Photocopying and scanning
Photocopying and scanning facilities are available at the hotel reception.

Translator, interpreter
Translation and interpreting Services provided by an external service provider. Please let us know at reception. This service is available at an extra charge, which will be invoiced to the customer by the service provider.

Bicycle rental
Bicycle rental at the hotel reception for 8000 HUF / bike / 4 hours. Please let the reception know if you need a bike.

AIR CONDITIONING
An individually controlled air-conditioning unit operates in every room.

BEDS
Our Double bedrooms are equipped with 180 x 200 cm beds, our Twin bedrooms are equipped with 90 x 200 cm beds.

CHANGE OF BED LINEN
In line with our environmental guidelines, bed linen in hotel rooms is changed every 3 days or upon specific guest request.

INTERNET
Free WiFi system is available in the hotel rooms and in all public areas. Computer in the Lobby can be used also free of charge.

LAUNDRY AND DRY CLEANING
The service is available from Monday to Friday, except on public holidays. Clothes dropped off before 9 am on weekdays will be returned 48 hours later, and clothes dropped off on Friday will be returned on the first working day after the weekend. Please call reception (dial 9) for a laundry bag and form.

MINIBAR
For a fee, you can use the minibar in the room. The minibar is empty by default and you can request a fill up by the Reception (dial: 9).

NON-SMOKING ROOM
All the guest-rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is allowed only on the terrace and next to the main entrance at the designated smoking areas. As we care of the convenience of the next guests staying in our hotel, in case of disrespect we will take the right to charge 200 Euros cleaning fee. Thank you for not smoking!

PRIVILÈGE SERVICE
Upgrade your Standards, go Privilege or beyond. We offer you several extra services, try one of them and let’s awaken your senses. In your room there is a Nespresso coffee machine, bathrobe, slippers, and other bathroom amenities.

ROOM CLEANING
Every day from 8:00 am until 4:00 pm. If the “Do not Disturb” sign is placed outside the door, our housekeepers will not disturb you. You can ask for room cleaning later on by notifying the reception, or place the “Please Make Up My Room” sign before 4:00pm.

SAFEBOX
All rooms are equipped with safe deposit boxes free of charge, which can be operated with a personalized security code. The hotel is not responsible for valuables left out in your room.

Our hotel provides payable underground private parking for € 16 per car, per night.

ELECTRICAL CONNECTION
220V / 50Hz alternating voltage (AC) is available everywhere in the building. An adapter for international travelers can be requested for at the reception with a deposit. It is FORBIDDEN to operate cooking devices in the rooms.

FITNESS ROOM
Located on level -1 of the hotel. Persons under the age of 18 may use the fitness room only if accompanied by an adult.

HEALTH
In case of medical problems, you can ask for medical help at reception. Thermometers and plasters can be requested for at reception.

IRONING EQUIPMENT
Iron and ironing boards are available upon request at reception, and will be delivered to your room. For further information, please contact reception.
